Your email address may be used to send information regarding “Le Chant des Pierres” or your account status. Your phone number may be used to follow up on your reservation or respond to your request. It will never be shared with third parties or used for telemarketing.

Information is stored on OVH servers in France.

House Rules
A guest house is a family home where you are welcomed. Other guests may also be staying under the same roof. We invite you to enjoy all the living areas available to you in a spirit of friendliness and respect for everyone’s privacy, for the comfort and tranquility of all.
Arrival
In order to welcome you in the best possible conditions, check-in is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Early or late arrivals are possible only with prior agreement.
Departure
On the day of departure, check-out is before 10:30 am.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7:45 am to 9:30 am.
Rooms
Guests have free access to Wi-Fi. Illegal downloading is prohibited.
Daily housekeeping is carried out. Towels are renewed if necessary.
Guests must inform the owner immediately in case of any damage.
General provisions
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including the bedrooms.
Smoking is allowed in the garden. Ashtrays are provided.
The kitchen is not available for guest use.
Theft and accidents
The owner declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss, or personal injury.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Eco-friendly approach
We thank you for helping us to:
– Avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily
– Save water
– Use only the towels you need
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us by email.
– Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
– The 25% deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival
– In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be due
